With an MBA from UNSW, Paul has gained over 25 years of global leadership experience in talent acquisition, contingent workforce management and HR outsourcing. As the gap between demand and supply for health and aged care workers will only expand in Australia, Paul’s breadth of experience and track record of innovation will help you gain a competitive advantage.

Zain is the Managing Director for Acacium Group in Australia, which has operated in the country for more than 25 years. He was hired in 2020 based on his track record of scaling human capital businesses and knowledge of the health and aged care sector. Acacium Group recognises the importance of health and aged care to Australian society, and as a board-level professional with over twenty years of HR and staffing services sector experience, Zain is adept at building workforce solutions to address client needs.
