What can I do with the Lyptus app?

Everything you need to manage your shifts, all in one place:

How do I download the app?

The Lyptus app is available on:

Just search for Lyptus, download the app, and follow the prompts. You’ll receive your login details by email. If not, give us a call on 02 9054 7407. 

What login details should I use?

Use the login invitation sent to your email. Didn’t get it? Contact us on 02 9054 7407.

Forgot your password?

To reset your password, you need to:

  1. Open the Lyptus App
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Forgot Password and enter your email address
  4. Verify your identity through sending a verification code to your email
  5. Go to your email and retrieve the verification code
  6. Change your password
  7. Password changed
Missed a clock-in or clock-out?

No worries – you can still submit your timesheet:

  • Go to Schedule
  • Find the shift under Completed
  • Enter your start and end times
  • Submit as usual
Can’t clock in?

Check the following:

  • You’re at the shift location (GPS enabled)
  • Your shift has started
  • You’re connected to the internet
  • Location services are turned on

Still not working? Try restarting the app or contact support.  

Can I edit a submitted timesheet?

Not in the app. If something’s wrong, contact your consultant on 02 9054 7407.

What does “Needs attention” needs?

It means the client has flagged something in your timesheet. You’ll see a note explaining what needs to be fixed. You can edit and resubmit it in the app.

Why does my shift say “No show” when I worked it?

This usually means the system didn’t register your clock-in or out. To fix it:

  • Go to Schedule
  • Update your shift times
  • Submit your timesheet
How do I update my availability?

Tap the Availability tab, choose your dates and times, and save.

Can I cancel or change a shift I’ve accepted?

Not through the app. If you need to make a change, contact your consultant on 02 9054 7407.

Why aren’t any shifts showing?

A few things to check:

  • Your availability might not match current shifts
  • No shifts may be posted yet
  • Your profile might need updating
The app is crashing or freezing

Try:

  • Closing and reopening the app
  • Checking for updates
  • Restarting your phone

Location not working when clocking in?

Make sure:

  • Location Services are on
  • The app has permission to access your location
  • You’re connected to the internet
  • Try restarting the app
Is my personal information safe?

Yes – Lyptus uses secure encryption and meets all privacy standards.

Can someone else use my login?

No – your login is just for you. It keeps your shifts and timesheets accurate.
